Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Al Rajhi Holding Group is seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in building strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs and preferences, and providing solutions to meet their requirements.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. 3. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are being met and expectations are exceeded. 5. Monitor client accounts, track account performance, and provide regular updates to management. 6. Identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients. 7. Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to update clients on new products or services. 8. Handle client complaints and escalations in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resourceful and reliable with a high attention to detail. 5. Leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others. 6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
