Job Description - Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


Saudi Ceramics is seeking a motivated and independent Client Relations Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and building relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. This is a part-time position with a seniority level of mid-to-senior, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests - Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Develop and deliver regular reports on client satisfaction and retention metrics - Manage client contracts and agreements, ensuring all parties comply with terms and conditions - Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to advise clients on best practices - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients at all times


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and insights from data - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
