Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a highly experienced Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client relations and customer service, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Understand client needs and provide solutions to meet those needs - Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, issues, and escalations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes - Monitor client accounts and track key performance indicators (KPIs) - Develop strategies to retain and grow client accounts - Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients - Provide timely and accurate reports to management on client activities and performance

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and reliable with a strong work ethic - Attention to detail and strong project management skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Fluent in English, both written and verbal
