Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

ACWA Power is seeking a talented and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team in Jeddah, SA on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and cultivating relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders - Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services - Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any concerns in a timely manner - Coordinate with the sales team to develop proposals and presentations for potential clients - Analyze market trends and competitors to inform client engagement strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in client relations - Travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of success in client relations or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems - Adaptable and energetic personality with a positive attitude - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Fluent in English and Arabic (additional languages a plus)
