Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Dallah Healthcare Company is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Relations Officer to join our team in Jeddah, SA. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, resolving client issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a part-time entry-level position with no previous experience required, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients - Address client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Provide support to clients in navigating our healthcare services - Maintain accurate records of client interactions - Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients - Assist in creating client communication materials

Requirements: - Driven and independent personality traits - Excellent time management and decision-making skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
