Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Officer at Kudu Company for Food and Catering, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. You will be the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns they may have, providing solutions to problems, and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. 2. Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and preferences to provide personalized service. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded. 5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. 7. Attend networking events and industry conferences to further develop client relationships. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to better serve our clients. 9. Research and identify new potential clients to expand our customer base. 10. Provide feedback to the management team on client satisfaction and suggestions for improvement.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Confident and resourceful with excellent problem-solving skills. 4. Strong people management and communication skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Knowledge of the food and catering industry is a plus.
