Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team at Saudi Electricity Company. As a part-time employee based in Riyadh, SA, you will work at the Associate Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining and building strong relationships. - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention. - Gather feedback from clients to improve products or services. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. - Prepare reports and presentations on client-related activities.
