Client Relations Officer

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns - Provide excellent customer service and address any issues that may arise in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Regularly update clients on new products, services, and promotions - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns targeted towards existing clients - Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's services - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong strategic planning and organizational skills - Passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service - Must be based in Jeddah, SA - No prior experience required
