Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team at Saudi Electricity Company. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This is a part-time position with an Associate level seniority, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns they may have - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and efficient resolution of client issues - Conduct research and analysis to better understand client needs and preferences - Develop and implement strategies to improve client relations and retention - Provide regular updates and reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Driven and dedicated personality traits, with a passion for customer service - Strong planning and research skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and remotely
