Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Yanbu Cement Company is seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Relations Officer to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have in a timely manner. 3. Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are completed on time and within budget. 4. Develop creative strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Monitor client feedback and address any issues or complaints promptly. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base. 7. Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and motivated personality with a strong desire to succeed. 2. Excellent planning and organizational skills. 3. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
