Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Relations Officer to join our team at Saudi Airlines in Mecca, SA. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients - Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the client experience - Attend client meetings and events as necessary to represent the company - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and adaptable with a problem-solving mindset - Excellent negotiation skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
