Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Al Tazaj is currently seeking a passionate and driven Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home. As a Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. - Understand and anticipate client needs, providing solutions and recommendations as necessary. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operations. - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to existing clients. - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our offerings. - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit. - Keep detailed records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a client-facing role. - Passionate about building relationships and delivering exceptional service. - Driven to achieve targets and exceed expectations. - Strong negotiation and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. - High school diploma or equivalent.
