Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. - Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill client requests and provide timely solutions. - Conduct regular client meetings to review service performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement. - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth. - Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term business relationships. - Keep track of client contracts, agreements, and obligations to ensure compliance. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote products and services to clients.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field. - 1+ years of experience in client relations, customer service, or a related role. - Hardworking and motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. - Strong planning and analysis skills to effectively manage client relationships and identify opportunities. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. - Familiarity with the energy industry or related field is a plus.
