Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Relations Representative to join our team at Saudi Electricity Company in Riyadh, SA. As a Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. This role will require excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. 2. Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction with our services. 3. Handle client escalations and resolve issues effectively. 4. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. 6. Provide feedback to management on client satisfaction and potential areas for improvement. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to better assist clients.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. 2 years of experience in client relations or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 6. Driven and confident personality traits. 7. Teamwork and adaptability as soft skills.
