Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Alinma Tokio Marine Company is looking for a dedicated and reliable Client Relations Representative to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and support. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. 3. Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in person. 4. Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate any complex problems to the appropriate team members. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Provide feedback to the management team to improve customer service processes.

Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a client-facing role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment and cooperate with colleagues. 5. Reliable and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 7. Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
