Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Saud Consult is seeking a passionate and motivated Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team. This position is part-time and entry-level, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in client relations in a dynamic workplace.

Responsibilities: - Manage relationships with clients remotely, ensuring their needs are met and satisfaction is maintained - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing - Provide support and assistance to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Assist in the development of client-facing materials and presentations - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Comfortable working remotely and using technology to communicate with clients - A high school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required - Must be located in Riyadh, SA
