Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Savola Group is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client relations role. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and be reliable in their communication and follow-up.

Responsibilities: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through remote communication channels - Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Providing product information and support to clients as needed - Managing client accounts and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information - Working closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients - Representing the company in a positive and professional manner at all times

Requirements: - Strong project management skills - Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
