Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Saudi Post is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Riyadh, SA. This part-time position is at the Associate Level with a requirement of 4 years of experience. We are looking for a reliable and resourceful individual with strong strategic planning and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client relationships remotely, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner. 2. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving client relations. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services to clients. 4. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and retention. 5. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and virtual meetings. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and feedback for reporting purposes.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. 6. Strategic planning and analysis skills are a must. 7. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates. 8. Paid overtime and company transportation are included in the benefits package.
