Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Client Relations Representative to join our team at Al Gosaibi Bros. in Medina, SA. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn are a must.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 2. Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback. 3. Gather and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 5. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. 6. Assist with sales and marketing efforts to promote products and services to clients. 7. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work well in a team and take on leadership roles when necessary. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
