Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Client Relations Representative to join our team at National Industrialization Company in Medina, SA. In this part-time role at the Associate level, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients - Monitor client accounts to ensure payments are received on time and resolve any billing discrepancies - Keep detailed records of client interactions and maintain accurate client information in the database - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for client retention and acquisition

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role - Passionate about providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
