Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Bawan Company is seeking a confident and hardworking individual to join our team as a Client Relations Specialist in Jeddah, SA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project completion - Address any client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities - Assist in the development of client presentations and proposals - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and client needs

Requirements: - Confident and hardworking personality - Excellent presentation and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
