Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Sipchem is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Medina, SA. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding their expectations. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Understand the needs and requirements of clients and provide solutions to meet them - Address any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding the client base - Assist in developing strategies to enhance client engagement and loyalty - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - Reliable and driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage relationships with a diverse client base - Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills - Previous experience in client relations or a related field is required - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
