Client Relations Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd in Riyadh, SA. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Key responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their needs are being met and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction through surveys and feedback mechanisms, and implement strategies to continuously improve client experience - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry trends to better serve our clients - Assist in resolving any client issues or disputes in a prompt and effective manner

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role - Independent and energetic personality traits, with a strong ability to work autonomously - Strong critical thinking skills and ability to persuade and influence others - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
