Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Al Hokair Group in Medina, SA. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is independent and adaptable, with at least 2 years of experience in client relations. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for managing client relationships remotely and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with clients through various channels such as email, phone, and video conferencing - Understand and address client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Provide product and service information to clients and assist them with any inquiries or issues they may have - Collaborate with other team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on industry trends and company offerings to provide clients with the most relevant information - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset - Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
