Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

The Saudi Arabian Mining Company is seeking a dedicated Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Mecca, SA. As an Associate-level role with a part-time schedule, this position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, confident, persuasive, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships remotely, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address any inquiries or issues - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns and provide solutions - Track client data and maintain accurate records in the company database - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients - Assist in the development of client retention strategies and support marketing efforts targeting current clients - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to better serve clients and provide valuable insights

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred - 2+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in remote communication tools and CRM software - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Confidence in handling challenging client interactions - Persuasive with strong attention to detail
