Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description: Advanced Petrochemical Company is seeking a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be driven and resilient, with strong attention to detail and project management skills.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create strategies for client retention and growth - Monitor and analyze client feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions - Assist in the development of client communications, such as newsletters, surveys, and promotional materials - Provide regular reporting on client activity and performance metrics to management

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management abilities and attention to detail - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and remotely - Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
