Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and confident Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Saudi Aramco in Riyadh, SA. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and meeting their needs.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Understand the needs and goals of clients in order to provide tailored solutions and support - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to clients - Develop and implement client retention strategies to increase customer loyalty and engagement - Provide regular reports and updates on client accounts to management

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving abilities - Previous experience in client relations or customer service is a plus
