We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Client Relations Specialist to join our team at Saudi Post in Medina, SA. This is a part-time remote position with an Associate Level seniority and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
As a Client Relations Specialist, your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction - Handling client inquiries and issues promptly and professionally - Communicating with clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Keeping track of client interactions and updating client records as needed - Providing feedback to management on client trends and issues
