Remote Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Middle East Battery Company is seeking a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and online chat 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and returns 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 4. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues 5. Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed 6. Collaborate with team members to drive efficiency and improve processes 7. Handle special projects and assignments as directed by management

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor 2. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills 4. Leadership skills and ability to work independently 5. Project management skills and attention to detail 6. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment 7. Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with colleagues
