Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

L'azurde Company for Jewelry is seeking a part-time Client Service Assistant to join our team in Medina, SA. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience in customer service or related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and energetic, with excellent communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email with inquiries, orders, and concerns - Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with clients - Proactively reach out to clients to drive sales and promote new products - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and persuasion skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong attention to detail and organization skills - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
