Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Client Service Assistant to join our team in Jeddah, SA. This is a part-time position at the entry level, perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in the client service industry.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries and provide high-quality customer service - Maintain client records and ensure accuracy of information - Collaborate with team members to address client needs and resolve issues in a timely manner - Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing documentation - Prepare reports and other documentation as needed - Contribute to the overall success of the client service team by meeting and exceeding set goals - Attend training sessions and workshops to continuously improve skills and knowledge in client service

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients - Energetic and driven personality with a passion for helping others - Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively - People management skills and ability to work well in a team environment - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
