Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Client Service Assistant to join our team at Saudi Arabian Mining Company in Jeddah, SA. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their inquiries and provide support. 2. Assist clients with account setups, orders, and product information. 3. Handle client complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and potential leads. 6. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments. 7. Take part in brainstorming sessions to come up with creative solutions to enhance client satisfaction. 8. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure seamless communication.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 1 year of experience in customer service or client-facing roles. 3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. 7. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 8. Must be a team player and willing to collaborate with colleagues.
