Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

As a Client Service Assistant at Saudi Arabian Mining Company, you will be responsible for providing support to the client service team in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your role will involve a combination of administrative tasks, client communication, and project coordination.

Responsibilities: 1. Assisting with client inquiries and providing timely and efficient responses. 2. Maintaining client databases and ensuring accuracy of client information. 3. Coordinating client meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking meeting minutes. 4. Collaborating with the client service team to develop and implement service improvement initiatives. 5. Managing client service requests and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner. 6. Assisting with the creation of client reports and presentations. 7. Providing general administrative support to the client service team as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Driven and reliable personality traits. 7. Presentation and teamwork soft skills. 8. Associate level seniority.
