Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Assistant to join our team at Advanced Petrochemical Company. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your home in Mecca, SA.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through email, phone, and chat - Assist clients with their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to support clients and resolve issues effectively - Monitor client accounts and follow up on any outstanding tasks or requests - Conduct data entry and other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role - Resourceful and adaptable, able to think on your feet to address client needs - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills
