Job Description - Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Hilton is seeking a passionate and energetic Client Service Assistant to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to work from home. We are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, who is ready to take on the responsibilities listed below:


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have, and escalate to the appropriate department if needed. 3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow. 5. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing client calendars. 6. Conduct client satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to management. 7. Stay up to date on product offerings and promotions to better assist clients.


Requirements: 1. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems efficiently. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
