Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Service Assistant to join our team at Al Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from home, providing support to our clients in Mecca, SA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Providing excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing any issues that may arise - Assisting clients with account management, billing inquiries, and product information - Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth client interactions - Maintaining detailed records of client communication and interactions - Analyzing client data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

Requirements: - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Reliable and adaptable with the ability to work independently from home - Attention to detail and the ability to analyze data effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Previous experience in a customer service or client support role is a plus
