Job Description:

ACWA Power is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Client Service Assistant to work remotely from Medina, SA. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing client inquiries and requests, and ensuring a positive client experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account management, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns - Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure client satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with colleagues to improve the overall client service experience - Assist in developing client service policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve clients

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a client service or customer support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Highly adaptable and confident in handling diverse client needs and situations - Excellent cooperation and planning skills to effectively manage client relationships and expectations - Proficiency in using CRM systems and other client service tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
