Client Service Associate

Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Service Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. This part-time role is entry level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning skills and people management abilities.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing information about our services - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Assist in developing and implementing client service strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests and resolve any issues that may arise - Maintain accurate client records and update databases as needed - Assist in organizing client events and meetings as required - Monitor client feedback and provide regular reports to management on customer satisfaction levels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in a client service role is preferred
