Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Alinma Tokio Marine Company is seeking a dynamic and adaptable Client Service Associate to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a part-time entry level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, and other service-related requests - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Identify opportunities to upsell additional services to clients - Support the Client Service Manager with various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients' needs - Adaptable and able to work independently with minimal supervision - No prior experience required - we are seeking motivated individuals eager to learn - Must be willing to work part-time hours
