Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a Remote Client Service Associate to join our team at Saudi Cement Company. In this part-time role based in Jeddah, SA, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to our customers remotely. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, or online chat - Assist clients with account information, transactions, and issue resolution - Identify and escalate priority client issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience - Contribute to projects and initiatives to improve overall client satisfaction - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong leadership and teamwork skills - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Knowledge of the cement industry is a plus
