Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate to join our team in Medina, SA. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field who are looking to expand their skills and grow with a leading company in the industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Assist clients with account setup, maintenance, and billing inquiries. - Communicate effectively with clients to build and maintain strong relationships. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently. - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients.

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable with a strong work ethic. - Excellent emotional intelligence and ability to understand and empathize with clients. - Creative problem-solving skills to effectively address client needs. - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - High school diploma or equivalent.
