Remote Client Service Associate

Position: Remote Client Service Associate Company: Hilton Location: Medina, SA Job Type: Part-time Seniority: Associate Level Years of Experience: 3

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Provide support for special projects and initiatives related to client services - Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist clients effectively - Continuously work towards improving the client experience and satisfaction - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in client services - Participate in regular training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - 3 years of relevant experience in client service or related field - Resourceful and passionate about delivering excellent client service - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Creative problem-solving abilities to address client issues effectively - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using technology and various communication tools - Willingness to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends
