Job Description:

Abdul Latif Jameel Co Ltd is seeking a diligent and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Associate in Mecca, SA. This position is part-time and is ideal for entry-level professionals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The Client Service Associate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries and provide information about our products and services - Assist clients with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for our clients - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to clients - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Handle any escalated client issues in a professional and timely manner

Requirements: - Resourceful and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office applications - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
