Job Description - Client Service Manager


Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and motivated Client Service Manager to join our team at Al-Rashid Trading & Contracting Co Ltd in Medina, SA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in client services, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively - Understand client needs and requirements, and work with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations - Create and execute client service plans to ensure all client deliverables are met on time and within budget - Monitor client satisfaction and provide regular reports and updates to senior management - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in client services or account management, with at least 6 years in a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong attention to detail - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in the construction or contracting industry is a plus
