Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Mobily is seeking a dedicated Client Service Manager to join our team in Riyadh, SA. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. This position requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and strong decision-making skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet client goals and objectives. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet client expectations. 4. Monitor and analyze client satisfaction and feedback to identify areas for improvement. 5. Prepare and present regular reports on client account performance and progress. 6. Manage client contracts, renewals, and negotiations. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions. 8. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services to existing clients.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related field. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Resourceful and passionate about delivering exceptional client service. 5. Excellent attention to detail and ability to make sound decisions. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Experience working with CRM software is a plus.
