Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:

Al Gosaibi Bros. is seeking a Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 7 years of experience in client services and a proven track record of managing client relationships remotely. The successful candidate will be resourceful, resilient, and possess excellent emotional intelligence and planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage a portfolio of remote clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client requests and deliver exceptional service. 4. Analyze client feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or challenges that arise. 6. Provide guidance and support to junior team members in client service best practices. 7. Contribute to the development of client service strategies and initiatives to drive business objectives.

Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in client services, with a focus on remote client management. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence. 3. Excellent organizational and planning abilities to effectively prioritize and manage multiple client relationships. 4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. 5. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
