Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Panda Retail Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Mecca, SA. As a mid-to-senior level professional with a minimum of 8 years of experience in client services, the Client Service Manager will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients.


Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and concerns - Develop and implement strategies to meet client needs and exceed their expectations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Analyze client data and provide insights to inform decision-making and improve client relationships - Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive business growth and retention - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in client service management


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in client services or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business results - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and driven personality traits - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to persuade and influence others effectively
