Job Description - Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Client Service Manager to join our team at the National Shipping Company of Saudi Arabia. This is a part-time position located in Jeddah, SA, with the opportunity to work remotely. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in client service management and be at a mid-to-senior level in their career.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of remote clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and providing tailored solutions - Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality services to clients, addressing any concerns or feedback - Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the company - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management


Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in client service management, preferably in a remote setting - Passionate about delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships - Adaptability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds and industries - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Creativity in problem-solving and finding innovative solutions for clients - Proficiency in remote communication tools and platforms - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field


Personality traits: - Passionate about client service and exceeding expectations - Adaptable to changing work environments and client needs


Soft skills: - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams - Creative problem-solving abilities to address client issues and improve service delivery
