Job Description:
Mobily is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service possible. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong background in customer service.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and ensure timely delivery of services. 4. Provide strategic guidance to clients on how to best utilize our services to meet their business objectives. 5. Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, and implement strategies to improve overall client experience. 6. Analyze client data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. 7. Develop and implement client service policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance client service offerings.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. 7+ years of experience in customer service or client management roles. 3. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 6. Resourceful and energetic personality traits with a focus on strategic planning and teamwork. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
