Job Description - Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description: Saudi Binladin Group is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team working from home in Riyadh, SA. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and adaptable individual with a strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.


Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and ensure their needs are met in a timely and professional manner - Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables - Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement - Track and report on client metrics and KPIs - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service management


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in client service management or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work from home and maintain a high level of productivity - Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates
